
2007 Cooking Classes
Put on an apron with Executive Chef Klaus Lotter for some
fun and tasty hands-on instruction. Learn cooking
techniques, preparation skills, and practice making some
delicious recipes you can show off at home.
Along with learning valuable culinary skills, you also
have the chance to eat your cuisine and enjoy exceptional
wines and other thoughtfully-paired beverages.
Each cooking class is
scheduled to start at 2:00pm and will last approximately two
hours. Cost is $30 per person or $50 per couple.

Oktoberfest Specialties October 6, 2:00pm
The
world's largest open festival located in Munich, Germany must
really know how to cook. Our own German-trained Chef Klaus
demonstrates how to prepare some authentic Bavarian cooking.
Featured recipes include braised beef roulades, homemade spatzle,
red cabbage, classic Wiener schnitzel, herring salad and Bavarian
potato salad. Nothing would better accompany a spread like
this than a selection of local and imported Oktoberfest beers and
crisp, refreshing Riesling wines.
Holiday Hors D'oeuvres and
Starters December 1, 2:00pm
Whether it's a football party or a holiday
gathering for your family and friends, learn how to wow your guests
with a variety of tasty treats. Chef Klaus will ask for your
participation in the preparation of marinated beef satays,
firecracker Thai shrimp, mini lobster and turkey club sandwiches,
seafood salad stuffed cherry tomatoes and assorted canapés.
Our service specialists will introduce you to some holiday drink
classics and a few of their own favorites.
