The Story of How Tracy Albertson met Tojy Thomas
Tojy and Tracy
met at their church, Chicago Tabernacle. They
worked together on the church's Easter Production,
"Story of Love," and became acquaintances and began
saying Hello on Sundays. At the church's Memorial
Day picnic (we know - so cliche!), Tracy and Tojy
started talking, where she asked him to help her move
the next day. By the time Tracy left the picnic,
she was love-struck.
Tracy began praying
about it, wanting to follow the Lord's leading, and
during this period she was sure he didn't know she liked
him. Tojy helped her move, then she started buying
a new outfit for church each Sunday, and then he got to
help her move again! This time, she needed to
paint her room, and it was there that they got to really
talk and connect. One week later, after Tojy was
very useful "helping get the new plasma TV out of the
box" they talked for a long period of time. After
Tojy prayed about where the relationship should go, he
asked Tracy out - and now they are about to get married!
